Full Expression Farm started its sheep enterprise with 33 Katahdin ewe lambs in August 2013.  We chose Katahdin hair sheep because they do better in warmer temperatures since they don't grow a woolly coat.  They also have a docile nature, produce a mild flavor meat, and eat the woody plants in our pastures.
